The following fees apply to Eritrea Gaming internet gaming licenses.
Fees are payable in euros and apply to both B2C Operator Licenses and B2B Gaming Supplier Licenses unless otherwise stated.
The following fees apply to license issuance, annual renewal and additional operational domains.

A fee of €10,000 applies to the issuance of a B2C or B2B internet gaming license.
The fee becomes payable in accordance with the instructions provided during the application process.
The license will not be activated or entered as active in the public register until all required approvals, documentation and payments have been completed.
A fee of €15,000 applies to the annual renewal of a B2C or B2B license.
The renewal fee must be paid before the applicable license expiry date.
Payment of the renewal fee does not automatically guarantee renewal. The Authority may review:
The B2C license may include the operational domain or domains approved as part of the license application.
A fee of €300 per additional domain or URL applies when a License requests approval for an additional operational website.
Every additional domain remains subject to regulatory approval and must not be used for licensed activities until it appears in the official public register.
Payment of the fee does not guarantee that a proposed domain will be approved.

The Authority may request evidence confirming the identity and source of a payment.

Applicants should confirm the current fees before making a payment. Fees already paid may be non refundable once application processing, regulatory review or license administration has commenced, subject to the Authority’s applicable payment and refund policy.
